ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition, in the event, there is a fresh cause of action.

2. In view of the letter dated 05.11.2019 circulated to the Registry and the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In the considered view of this Court, no such liberty as sought for is required. If there is a fresh cause of action, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
