The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.12 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has completed investigation and yet to file final report. The statement is recorded.
