PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to expedite the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.217 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that investigation has already been completed and final report is made ready. However, he requested one week time for filing the same before the Court concerned. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to file the final report before the Court concerned as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
