ORDER

The revision petitioner is the respondent in A.S.No.19 of 2018. The petitioner questions the impugned order whereby delay in re-presentation 1/3

has been condoned. In the matter of re-presentation, a discretionary order has been passed in favour of the respondents. I do not propose to interfere with such an order. As and when the appeal is restored, it shall be disposed of within a period of three months thereafter. This civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
