ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.459 of 2024 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.156 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C.
