ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to grant leave to file the above appeal against the order in W.P.(MD) No.4963 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to be a purchaser of the land and according to him, the above order was obtained by suppressing several facts. The learned counsel also brought to the notice of this Court about the intention of the first respondent to get money from the purchasers by executing affidavit expressing his no objection.
3. Though notice has been sent to the first respondent, none has 2/4
entered appearance. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondents 2 to 4 and has no serious objection to the petition being allowed.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondents 2 to 4 have not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, leave is granted and this petition is ordered.
