The petitioner is seeking to add his past service from 09.09.1996 to 13.04.1999 and the respondents have considered the petitioner's claim by calculating the said service from 09.09.1996 to 13.04.1999 that is 2 years 7 months 5 days and also joining date from14.04.1999 to 16.04.1999 that is 3 days for pensionary benefits alone and thereafter disbursed the terminal benefits to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition was already granted by the respondent.
2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
