O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to conclude the trial in S.C.No.109 of 2021 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said case was instituted on 06.05.2022 and from 28.06.2022 the petitioners are regularly appearing before the trial Court. From 12.10.2022 onwards, the case is being adjourned periodically for fixing trial without any progress. Therefore, he sought for a direction to conclude the trial. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that the case is posted to 20.09.2023 for fixation of trial schedule and there are about 16 witnesses including official witnesses. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to fix the trial schedule and complete 2/4
