ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheeted Rowdy List in H.S.No.369 of 2012 maintained by the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2022. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases, in which, two cases were ended in acquittal, two cases were referred as action dropped, two cases are under investigation, two cases are pending for trial and two cases are yet to be taken on file. 4.It is not in dispute that all the cases came to be registered prior to 2018.

5.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
