As against the order of suspension and the order passed by the Director, Adi Dravidar Welfare Directorate, Chennai, in rejecting the claim of this petitioner for reinstatement into service, the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2022. 2.Today(12.11.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/5
