Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased grant an order of stay of operation of judgment and decree dated 10.08.2018 passed in A.S.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2017 passed in O.S.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Devakottai, pending disposal of the above second appeal.

Pleased to setaside the judgment and decree dated 10.08.2018 passed in A.S.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Subordiante Judge, Devakottai confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2017 passed in O.S.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Devakottai.
