ORDER

Aggrieved by the order of the first respondent dated 29.12.2015 in Pa.Mu.P5/2088/2015, the petitioner is before this Court seeking to quash the same and also issue patta in his name.

2. It is seen from the impugned order that there are serious issues relating to the title and O.S.No.22 of 2013 is pending between the parties. Hence, the first respondent has rejected the request of the petitioner.

3. Since the first respondent has rightly rejected the request of the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
