The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the Petitioner, dated 11.8.2025 and survey the property in S.NO.58/2B2B situated in Sakkavayal, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District - 630 108. 2.MrM.Gangtharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to3. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property under sale deed, dated 13.5.2014. Patta for the subject property stands in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.1199. The Petitioner submitted an online application on 17.5.2025 in Application NO.2025/0123/23/008640 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the seond respondent is directed to consider the online application filed by the Petitioner, dated 17.5.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any , within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
