ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaints, dated 29.09.2020, 01.02.2021 and 10.04.2021 in CSR Nos.856 of 2020,190 of 2021 and 442 of 2021 respectively from the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's complaints, which were registered in CSR Nos.856 of 2020, 190 of 2021 and 442 of 2021, were ordered to be closed on 06.11.2020, 10.02.2021 and 10.04.2021, respectively.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Rajakani, the FIR in Crime No. 149 of 2021 came to be registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 427, 294(b), 506(2) and 380 IPC, against the petitioner and others. 2/5

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no statement was recorded in the petitioner's complaints. 5.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and file a report, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the the second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation. 6.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
