ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide pathway to the petitioner's agriculture patta land in S.Nos. 332/1, 332/2, 332/5A2 and 332/5B3.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representations will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks. 3.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 18.05.2018 and 19.07.2018 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
