The petitioner with a grievance that the request of this petitioner for water connection has not been considered by the respondents. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that there is a dispute in drawing water connection line to the petitioner's house. However, the Tahsildar is taking steps to obtain police protection and to provide water connection to the petitioner's house and it would be completed within a period of eight weeks.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 27.09.2023 dsk 2/4
