PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.486/1A admeasuring 1.41 Acres, situated at Thiruvaiyaru West Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District from acquisition and return back the same to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.486/1A admeasuring 1.41 Acres, situated at Thiruvaiyaru West Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District from acquisition and return back the same to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents .

W.P.(MD)No.25498 of 2018 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the respondents have passed the final order of rejection on 20.02.2019 and the copy of the order has also been communicated to the petitioner as well as the petitioner's counsel. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
