ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 427, 448, 454, 380 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.65 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner broke open the house of the defacto complainant and indulged in theft of jewellery and even an A1 and A2 arrested and released on bail yet the jewellery is not recovered, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
