The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the contemnors submitted that the order passed by this Court is complied with. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the contemnors have given appointment in Kallakurichi District. However, there is a vacancy in Theni District. Since the petitioner is staying in and around Theni, she is seeking appointment in Theni District. The Teachers Recruitment Board has completed the process, therefore, the Director of School Education is supposed to post the petitioner in appropriate vacancy. Therefore, the Director of School Education is seeking time to ascertain the vacancy.

3.Hence, this Court is directing the petitioner to join the allotted post and thereafter, submit an application for transfer to the available vacancy within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application, the Director of School Education is directed to consider the same within a period of two weeks therefrom.
