O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared once. But later failed to appear. Thereafter, the present petition has been filed stating that he has been harassed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is one of the partners and not involved in the above said issue between the defacto complainant and in the above said partnership, since he has already retired from the above said partnership.

4.If it is so, lets the petitioner appear and produce the documents of the retirement to the second respondent. Even for his own benefit the above said enquiry must be undertaken to his logical end. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
