ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 18.11.2021 as against the third respondent, is pending with the file of the second respondent police. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner now sought for police protection at the hands of the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has also filed a suit in respect of the subject property and it is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
