O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 12.07.2021 passed in W.P. (MD) No.26961 of 2019. The writ petition was filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made by them in the petitioner's patta land in S.Nos.385/2A and 385/2C of Viswanaththam Village, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District. In the said circumstances, based on the submission of the petitioner, this Court disposed of the writ petition in the following lines: "6.In view of the above, the respondents are restrained from interfering with the petitioner's possession of the land in question and we direct the second respondent to remove the garb wall, which is being put up in the petitioner's land, and the order debris within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, it appears that the encroachment had been removed. In paragraph 6 of the compliance

report it is stated that the encroachment by the respondents in the patta land of the petitioner is removed on 12.09.2023. The photographs also shows that the wall has been demolished.
