2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that there are disputes between the petitioners and the fourth respondent and on a false complaint given by the fourth respondent, the Police are harassing the petitioners and thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that basing on a complaint given by the respondent No.4, the Police have registered a case in Crime No.130 of 2023 against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 4 of Women Harassment Act. 2/4

4. Since the complaint given by the respondent No.4 has been culminated into FIR, no further directions can be given in this petition.
