COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner in both petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and he has circulated a letter dated 06.08.2025 to the Registry in this regard. 2.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2019, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
