The writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to take necessary action on petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2016 in accordance with law.

2.Without adverting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I have considered the limited relief sought for in this writ petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the 1st respondent with a fresh representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the 1st respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on merits, after affording reasonable opportunities to all parties concerned as expeditiously as possible.

3.In view of the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
