ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the charge memo dated 31.07.2024.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to the Government Order in GO.(D)No.150 dated 03.12.2025 Highways and Minor Ports HL1) Department, submits that disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner, under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955, was dropped by the Government.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
