Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESAN.V.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the Respondents No.1 to 4 & 6, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 744 days in filing Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.37734 of 2021.
