ORDER
Challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.SR.No.939 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025, on the file of the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, this Criminal Revision Case is filed.
2.On the basis of the wrong observation that the complainant has made an allegation as against the Inspector of Police, Kannakilliyanallur Police Station, Tiruchirappalli District, the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023, came to be dismissed in the SR stage itself.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that there is no allegation as against the Inspector of Police in the said complaint.
4.In view of the aforesaid submission, the impugned order is set aside and remanded back to the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, with a direction to pass appropriate orders, after numbering the same and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5.Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. No Costs. 25.08.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes Mrn
