ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in IA.No.1 of 2023 in POP No.355 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil. 2.Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.S.Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, a Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 15.12.2025, has been filed by the petitioner and the respondent stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between them. In the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 15.12.2025, it had been stated as under:

4.In view thereof, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed, in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by both the parties, dated 15.12.2025. Joint Memo of Compromise dated 03.12.2025 shall be read as part and parcel of this Order. No costs.
