The petitioner claiming to be a Cable TV operator for for the area around Kalaingar Nagar, Thoppu Theru, Velders Nagar, Alanganathapuram, South Tharanallur, etc., at Tiruchirapalli District has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction directing the third respondent not to renew the fourth respondent's postal registration and consequently direct the 1st and 3rd respondents not to permit the fourth respondent to operate as an LCO under the first respondent Corporation, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2023.

2. This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition that the petitioner is not having any right for the relief claimed by him, similarly, there is no such obligation on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, 2/4

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
