Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMALINGAM K.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17287 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as Security in TNEB, for which he is in not a position to complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17287 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021 is modified relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthugulathur on receipt of summons.
