PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release water from the social deep well to all members of the committee as per agreement made on 24.02.2015.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Writ Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to release water from the social deep well to all the members of the committee, as per the agreement dated 24.02.2015.

2. Admittedly, the well is situated in the patta land of the sixth respondent. The petitioner seeks water supply for 32 families. However, 2/5

since the well is situated in the patta land, the owner of the land and well is refusing to supply water to the Villagers.

3.In view of the dispute, the sixth respondent filed a Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.8900 of 2021 and an elaborate adjudication was made by the writ Court and final order was passed on 29.04.2025. 4.If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to take necessary steps to challenge the said order. However, the present Writ Petition is a Public Interest Litigation, in which the rights of the individual parties cannot be determined. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
