PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.B1/1665/2014, dated 30.05.2014 issued to the petitioner and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner as Band Police Constable as per the selection conducted on 30.05.2014 within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
