ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same has also been forwarded to the respondent Police for conducting investigation. However, the respondent Police has not conducted any investigation and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint forwarded by the learned Magistrate, the respondent Police has conducted enquiry and found that the complaint of the petitioner has not constituted any cognizable offence and hence, a report has been placed before the learned Magistrate, on 26.07.2025. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) fairly submits that the copy of the closure report has not been furnished to the petitioner. 2/4
