2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tottiyam by way of e-filing on 15.08.2025 and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police shall follow it up with the court and ensure that the final report is taken on file without any delay. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
