Pleased to call for the records and set aside the judgment passed in C.C.No.04 of 2008 on the file of the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors(in Financial Establishment), Act 1997, Madurai, dated on 31.12.2020 and allow the criminal appeal.

CRL MP(MD) No.11810 of 2021 These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.826 and 827 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No.50 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021.
2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioners vide order dated 18.02.2021. The petitioners are complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3.On the side of the prosecution, it is fairly admitted that the petitioners are obliging the condition regularly. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.826 and 827 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.50 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
