ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in M.C.No.11 of 2019 dated 25.03.2024 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they are not having any instructions from the petitioner and hence, they are leaving it to the order of the Court.

3. As rightly contended by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the petitioner has not complied with the interim order of this Court dated 21.11.2024. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
