Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondents in his proceedings order dated 17.10.2018 in LR.No.9103/COE/MP/2018 of the 2nd respondent in so far as giving effect to the resolution passed in the 248th syndicate meeting held on 23.05.2018 and the order dated 07.11.2018 in LR.No.361/CAI/AU/2018 of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner college in affiliation process of the university for the academic year 2019-20 and further include the petitioner college in the Online Affiliation Portal for the Academic Year 2019-2010, since it is blocked by the University and access is denied for which the last for online submission set by the University is 05.01.2019.
