PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1174 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.8, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 364, 307, 382 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.1174 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has laid final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the learned Judicial Magistrate, while taking cognizance of the case in P.R.C.No.27 of 2022, has issued summons for the appearance of the accused including the petitioner herein.
3. Since the learned Magistrate has issued summons for the appearance of the petitioner, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise at all.
