Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi, dismissing the petition filed under Order 26 Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 08.02.2024. On 08.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 22.02.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,22.02.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.
