This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to Discharge Manikandan - the 2nd Petitioner herein/2nd Appellant - the father of the 1st Petitioner herein/1st Appellant from being the guardian of the 1st Petitioner herein/1st Appellant and to declare the 1st petitioner herein / 1st Appellant as major.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has now attained majority and the present petition is filed to discharge the guardianship of the petitioner's father and to declare the first petitioner as major.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. In view of the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Petition are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. 11.12.2025 pnn 2/3
