ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the representation dated 03.09.2024 made by the petitioner to the first and second respondents.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.7068 of 2024 and this Court has passed an order dated 21.03.2024 for survey the property.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.698 of 2024 and the same is pending.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and take a decision, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
