PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to register the 1/4

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register the mortgage deed dated 10.10.2019 executed by the petitioner in favour of the S.Pappinayakkanpatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.11.2023, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the document was not registered pursuant to a communication given by the District Collector, Madurai dated 24.10.2016 to the District Registrar. This Court directed a copy of the said communication to be placed before this Court.
3. Accordingly, a copy of the communication was placed at the time of hearing today and it is seen that the lands are pertaining to M/s.PACL Limited which is administered by Justice R.M.Lodha committee. 2/4
4. In view of the same, the documents cannot be entertained without getting No Objection Certificate from the Justice R.M.Lodha committee.
5. In view of the same, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get No Objection Certificate from the Justice R.M.Lodha committee and thereafter, the documents shall be presented for registration before the 3rd respondent.
