: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent made in Na.Ka.No.4609/2015/A3 dated 19.07.2016 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in dispatch No.7174 of 2016 dated 09.09.2016 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no foundational fact to the impugned show cause notice, as the District committee has held that the petitioner indeed belong to Hindu Kuravan community, as per the proceedings dated 26.12.2017.
3. Considering the above, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to conclude the aforesaid proceedings within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after taking note of the proceedings aforesaid dated 26.12.2017 to be produced by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
