ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner seeks permission to visit the petition mentioned Samadhi. The said samadhi is within the forest limits. Therefore, it is the third respondent who has to grant permission. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 02.12.2021 in this regard. The third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
