ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order issued to the petitioner in S.O.No.39/16 dated 20.09.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the suspension order issued to the petitioner has been revoked.

3. In view of the above, the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
