The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the notification of the second respondent dated 23.11.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to extend the lease period for collection of user fees at eastern side public toilet at Arignar Anna Bus Stand, Kovilpatti, for a further six months without insisting the payment of deposit of Rs.7,08,703/-.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that prayer sought in the present petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
