This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 23.07.2019 passed in I.A.No.400 of 2016 in O.S.No.1033 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.1033 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy, was disposed of on 27.09.2022 as settled out of Court.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
