ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District to dispose O.S.No.83 of 2020 on its file within the Time Limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner as plaintiff filed OS No.83/2020 for partition and mandatory injunction and other reliefs. Since the said suit is pending 2/4

from the year 2020, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.83/2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
