[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 21.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that as against the order passed by the second respondent the petitioner has already filed an appeal before before the appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA at New Delhi and it is pending adjudication.

4. The petitioner cannot maintain this petition since he has challenged the very same order before the appellate Tribunal. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
